THIS YEAR ALL PRESENTATIONS WILL BE VIRTUAL ONLY.
LINGUISTIC RESTRICTIONS. All presentations are to be delivered in International English unless otherwise prearranged.
PRESENTER PHOTOS. We will be collecting headshots this year to be used in the virtual program. Files must be JPG format, max of 3MB in size, and square. We recommend a maximum resolution of 160×160 pixels. Please NAME YOUR FILE in the following format: “LastName.FirstName.jpg”.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS. Presenters should use a computer with a recent operating system and the latest software updates, and preferably with the Zoom client installed (Zoom Workspace), To ensure high-quality video, audio, and screen-sharing, presenters are required to have a minimum of 2.0 MBps upload and 5.0 MBps download (test your bandwidth with any free program such as https://speedtest.net). Also to reduce contention and dropout please close any other streaming services or devices on your WiFi and computer such as DropBox.

We are looking for high-quality proposals that fall into any of the following tracks: Dreams and the Arts; Dreams and Ethnicity; Research and Theory; Clinical Approaches; Dreamwork Practices; Education; Religion, Spirituality and Philosophy; Extraordinary, Psi and Lucid Dreams; Dreams and Health; Culture and History. Categories include: Pre-organized 60 or 90 minute symposia or panels; individual 30 minute presentations and 15 minute research talks, to be grouped into 60 to 90 min symposia and panels; special events; 60 and 90 minute workshops; and 60 minute morning dream groups.
Format: Presentations will be over Zoom and the leaders or chairs of each session will manage their Zoom sessions. Support and training will be provided.
Schedule: The schedule will be on US Pacific time but will begin at 7AM and end at around 5 PM to accommodate much of our global audience. There will be 30-minute breaks between sessions. Recordings will be made available for lecture-based sessions.
