CONFERENCE FEE
IASD offers various types of conference fee discounts. But no matter the discount, all conference fees include:
- The full 5-day conference presentation and workshop program – Schedule at a Glance
- All extra activities and social activities including receptions, dream art exhibit, dream telepathy contest, costume parade and dream ball
- All recordings
- Excluded: Continuing Education Credits (CE) which can be purchased separately.

*A few notes for presenters
- Approved presenters must register before 1 March 2025 (or within the date specified in your approval letter).
- Fees are non-refundable after that date.
- Refunds before that date will be less a $75 processing fee, unless you registered earlier and your proposal/presentation was not accepted, in which case you may request a full refund if you do not wish to attend.

*** Student Discount
For Student rates, registration submission must include a scanned copy of full-time student I.D.
*** Limited Income Discount
Limited Income applies to anyone with an annual income under their regional minimum wage.
Special Fee Arrangement
If you have been approved for a special fee arrangement that is not specified here (Keynote, Featured Presenter, Press, Other), on the registration select the Special Fee Arrangement registration link, and note your arrangement in the Comments box.

IASD provides scholarships to help cover the conference fee
Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC)
For a BIPOC grant or scholarship to apply go to the IASD Dreams & Ethnicity Portal.
Student Partial Scholarships are limited and intended primarily for full-time students of accredited colleges or universities where you are accompanying a presenting instructor or where an instructor/advisor requests it as part of your education. These require approval prior to registering. For approval, a copy of your full-time student I.D., plus a written (email) request from your instructor/advisor, must be sent to the IASD office. Scan your I.D. and e-mail it plus other requested support information to the IASD office at office@asdreams.org.
REGISTRATION FOR VOLUNTEERS
IASD is a volunteer run organization, and the conferences are no different. Our volunteers help make the conference happen! They work part of the conference, and therefore get a discounted fee.
This year there are two types of volunteer positions:
1) Zoom Hosts
2) Help Desk Volunteers.
How to apply for a volunteer position
Go to the volunteer application page for a full description and application form.
There is a $100 volunteer Conference Fee.
This is non-refundable, so only register & pay once you are officially approved as a volunteer!

Once you have received your approval email, choose the option for volunteers in the registration section.

Note: For the virtual conference, you can’t sign up multiple people at once. A separate registration form will have to be filled out for each participant.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made using Visa, Master Card and American Express. Or you can select “alternative payments” to pay by Paypal, iDeal or check. Please email office@asdreams to arrange alternative payment if you have selected this option.
Refund Policy
Refunds for conference related fees will be subject to a $75 processing fee. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED AFTER 1 March 2025 for Presenters; 1 March 2025 for Volunteers (confirmed before that date); nor after 1 June 2025 for ANY registrant.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE ONLINE ARTSHOW
A Virtual Dream Art Exhibition is planned that invites artists from around the world to participate. (Information coming soon!) Are you an artist making dream-inspired art? Then consider joining the art show! Here’s how this works:
1. SUBMIT YOUR ART before 15 March 2025 per the instructions on the Art Exhibition Page (coming soon!)
All submissions that are accepted will require a non-refundable Exhibition Fee of $ 25 to cover processing expenses.
2. Get approved by the Arts Committee. You will get a confirmation email.
3. If you also want to attend the conference, register via the “Presenters” registration option for the Presenter’s Fee.
For those registering and paying to attend the conference the Exhibition Fee is waived/refunded.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why a virtual conference in 2025?
In order to be able to reach the broadest global audience this year at a budget-friendly lower cost price to for all participants, the main conference will be virtual over Zoom using the Zoom Events platform.
When will there be an in-person conference?
The 2026 conference will be fully in-person!
Also, in-person regional conferences are being organized all over the world in 2025.
Why are there no single day fees?
For the virtual conference, there are no single day fees due to the complexity of administering single days in this format.
Where can I leave a comment or make a special request?
The registration form includes a comment box for you to note any special needs. Although IASD will do its best to meet such requests, it is not always practical or possible to do so, and thus IASD cannot guarantee that a specific request can be met.
Can I get a refund?
